HSS Fathers Day Theme Challenge #70

Hello Stampers!!! I am so thrilled to share with you this weeks challenge from Hand Stamped Sentiments- It’s Father’s Day Theme!!!  I have to admit that I am stressed about this special day this year.  Our family has been bombarded lately with all kinds of family drama… so my mind has been else where and I have planned nothing so far for this special day… can you hear the clock ticking?
Here is the card I created for this challenge, I think this is such a sweet image and simple but fun and masculine card.  This would be great for a boy’s birthday too. :)
I used Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist, Creamy Caramel (r), and Vanilla for my color pallet.  I love the little doodads that I used for this card, and the reason why you don’t recognize that little swirly thing is because it is CONTRABAND :)  I used my window word punch and a brad to make that cute embellishment on the bottom left of the main image.  I just wrapped the end around to the back.

Ripping.. the easiest and cutest finishing touch, right?! Isn’t that swirly thing CUTE?? I added a small knot to it and done.

I hope you enjoyed my easy manly Fathers Day card, thanks so much for stopping by and hopefully the kid activities will smooth out this week so that I can get more projects done to share and start on my craft room??  Thanks for visiting me and until next time~ TTFN
