Punch out a scallop square shape from a solid color cardstock for Wisteria Wonder, Melon Mambo, and Bashful Blue, and adhere the stamped square images to the scallop square pieces. 7. Take a sharpie that is closest in color for your project, and color 3 large pearls, then place those pearls in the center of the flower images in your scallop square pieces, this looks best if the centers you select are different in each shape. 8. Use dimensionals to adhere the 3 scallop square shapes evenly along the front of your card front.

SPOTLIGHT TECHNIQUE– This is a FUN and easy technique that you can use with any line art style stamp image and a punch or framelit.  You need few supplies and little know how…
SUPPLIES USED:

STAMPS– Pleasant Poppies #129499 CM/ #126480 WM, Seasonal Sayings #128009 CM/ 128006 WM  (or any other sentiment you have on hand.) PAPER– Whisper White #100730, Wisteria Wonder #122922, Water Color Paper  #122959 INK– Wisteria Wonder & Lucky Limeade Marker #123002, Blender Pen #10284, StazOn Black #101406 PUNCHES– Modern Label #119849, Window Word #119857, 1-3/4″ Circle #119850 ACCESSORIES: Pearls #119247

1. Stamp your Poppies image onto your 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Whisper White piece of card stock using the Staz-On Ink, then stamp a portion of the flowers onto a small piece of water color paper approx. 3″ sq. (this will be used for your spotlight technique.)
2. Use the Wisteria Wonder Marker to ink up the THANKS portion of your sentiment stamp from the Seasonal Sayings set, and stamp onto a scrap piece of whisper white, punch out with the Window Word punch.
3. Punch a Modern Label shape from a scrap piece of Wisteria Wonder card stock, then layer the sentiment onto this punched piece using snail adhesive.
4. Color some med. sized pearls with a purple sharpie and secure them to the ends of your sentiment piece.
5. Secure the sentiment to the stamped front layer of the project, placing it near the lower right corner of the piece.
6. Adhere the stamped whisper white layer to the 4″ x 5-1/4″ Wisteria Wonder layer, then secure the entire piece to the 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base- fold along the score line of 4-1/4″ and use dimensionals to adhere the card front layer to the base.
7. Complete the SPOTLIGHT TECHNIQUE- shown in the video below

8. Punch out the colored water color paper piece with the 1-3/4″ circle punch 9. Use a circle cutter or a punch to create a 2″ circle from Wisteria Wonder card stock to back the water color paper piece- if you don’t have a punch or circle cutter you can simple place your watercolor paper piece onto a 2-1/2″ square piece of Wisteria Wonder and trim around the watercolor paper slightly larger than your WC paper piece and create this layer by hand. 10. Secure the circle water color layered piece onto the card front making sure to place it on top of the exact pattern that you colored in, so it appears as if that the entire image is seamless or continuous. BIG SHOT TIP: Keep in mind that you will extend the life of your embossing folders if you send them through your machine open end first!  Yes, if you send it through bound side first eventually that will crack and break… so always send it through OPEN END first. Here is the proper sandwich for using your embossing folders- 1. Multi-purpose platform open to tab 2 (meaning you leave those 2 flaps open) 2. Clear Plate 3. embossing folder with material inside 4. Clear Plate
