Hello Doily!!

I have a BRIGHT, Cheery project for you today!  I just love this rainbow theme they have for this month’s challenge over at Stampin’ Celebration– so I thought I would make another one for the fun of it!!  I needed to create some thank you notes for a few orders that I have had come in recently. I know you will love these as much as I do!!
Hello- rainbow overload!! I can’t stop!
Can you tell that I layered the doily die over top the hello doily stamp– my brain’s about to explode!
even more fabulous-ness… there is tinted dazzling details on the doily die!!
Isn’t this SO pretty!  I layered a lighter shade of the same color on top of the stamped image, it’s hard to tell as the doily stamp has SO many detailed parts and it naturally looks lighter.  Here are the card stock & Ink colors I used:
I used the Bold Brights Button Pack for my accent’s inside the doily’s and because I wanted the dies to lift off the card I covered the outside edges with my homemade tinted dazzling details (video tutorial here) that coordinate.  I used my signo gel pen to create the illusion of twine on the buttons, clever devil aren’t I? Can’t take credit someone else, can’t remember who, shared that on her blog and I CASED it. :)
OH- I almost forgot, I actually cut down the doily die to make it slightly smaller than the stamped image sot hey would look layered, I didn’t realize that these two images/shapes are almost the exact same size.
Hope you liked today’s project, if you recently placed an order you might find one of these adorable cards placed in your hot little bag!  Thank you for all of you who designate me as your Stampin’ Up! Demo,
