Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Splash Challenge #66

Good Morning Stampers! I was so thrilled to create this project for this weeks HSS Color Splash Challenge.  The colors used for the inspiration are Certainly Celery, Pretty In Pink, and Bashful Blue.  I LOVE using my MDS and like last week, I had to use it again for my card this week.  I thought I would share with you the ENTIRE project when you create a card with My Digital Studio… it’s SO cool!
Here is the front of the card and here is the kicker- when you create a card with MDS and you print it through Stampin’ Ups! professional printing service (which by the way is WAY cheap now, cheaper than a card you get at Hallmark!!) you don’t just get a decorative card front you can decorate all 4 layers of the card and the printing price is the SAME!!! Talk about personalized.
So I used a designer template from the software and changed ALL the colors, BUT it was great because it gave me a layout that I could manipulate and I was done in about 10 min.  Fast, I love that!!!  Oh- and I did a nest technique for the sentiment of this card, I am sure many of you are thinking that your sight is going trying to focus on that…it’s not you it’s me :) The sentiment is done with shadowing, I placed the same stamp sentiment over top of each other- one stamp is bashful blue, and the other is Baja Breeze.  Together they give the illusion of a shadow, such a cool technique and looks awesome with almost any line image. So imagine that when you get the card, the first image is of course the front of the card.
This second image is the inside of the card front- and you might as well decorate it since the price is the same either way- right?
This next image is the inside bottom of the card, you know the part you would normally write on.  Which is why I only decorated the bottom portion- so I would have room to write a sweet little note. :)
This next image is the back of the card, you can put any kind of image or “Created By” type of message you want to as well- or place a personal message, so you could print a ton of these out and put all your business info on the backs, since these cards are seriously inexpensive you could use these as a business booster!  I left the back as a stock image so you can see what they look like if you don’t do anything to it.

I hope that you enjoyed this weeks project and thanks so much for popping by.  I hope that you come over to HSS to play along with this weeks challenge- we would love to see what you create!  Until next time~TTFN
