Father’s Day Treat Pocket

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!!
I have a quick post for you today, and will return with the SUMMER LUVIN’ samples tomorrow.¬† I teach Sunday school in Primary for our church and with today being Father’s Day, I thought today’s project would be a great gift for the kids to make for their Dad’s!
I found this idea on Pinterest and fell in love with how easy it is to create.
Here is an easy step-by-step on how to make them.
1. Take an envelope and seal it shut, then trim off the side by 1/8″ and then snip a slit down the center of the front of the envelope about 3/4″-1″
2. Then fold the front of either side of the slit to look like the collar of a mans shirt.
3. Cut out a tie from a piece of DSP (designer series paper), I free handed this one and made a page of templates for the kids to cut out and decorate.
4. Secure your tie to the Shirt/pocket front and then secure down the collar pieces.
Then simply place your treats inside the little envelope pouch and you could even put a small card inside the packet with the treat!
Then you have this “TIE”riffic treat for your awesome DAD!
REMEMBER TO CHECK BACK TOMORROW FOR THE FINAL REVEAL FOR THE LABEL LOVE SUMMER LUVIN’ PROJECTS!

We Love to Hear From You
