Endless Wishes Photopolymer

Today was one of those days where I had a GAZILLION balls in the air and one hand to juggle it all… ever had a day like that?  I went from prepping and addressing over 100 Christmas cards, (be on the look out!) to prepping Dec class tutorials to completing Christmas presents for my HOSTESS CLUB and HSS TEAM MEMBERS for my upcoming Christmas Party… and that was just my morning.  After lunch I sat for just a moment, and while I inhaled my lunch I surfed the web a bit… and saw this challenge with a sketch I just couldn’t pass up!

This is what I created in about 5 min.

Simple sketches steal my heart every time!

I found this FUN sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch challenge blog and just had to create!

I think my most FAV thing about this set ENDLESS WISHES is the font of all the sentiments, they look very similar to my very own handwriting, LOL!!  The sad thing is that the stamp set is no longer available… Stampin’ Up! sold out of BOTH batches that they had manufactured which means that these completely clear sets are becoming a hit!

Using small strips of DSP makes for a quick card!

The Designer Series Paper that I used for this card is part of the adorable patterns in the SEASON OF STYLE PAPER STACK available in the holiday catalog, I LOVE the patterns on these stacks, AND they would work great well after the Christmas season too- so think about stocking up with these stacks!  Can you tell that I added my own little bit of flair to the paper strips?

A great pattern can only be made better with a little SPARKLE!!

A totally simple way to kick a CLEAN AND SIMPLE CARD up a notch is to add a little BLING!  With this card I simply added some DAZZLING DETAILS on all the polka-dots to give the card a little eye-catching effect which really pushed this card from Awwwwwee to AWESOME!!!

I also made the “GREETINGS” sentiment a little thicker than the actual stamp, kind of by accident… I partially stamped it right the first time and went to re-stamp the image again over top (to see if I could do it with these totally clear stamps) and I was off just ever so slightly… so I took the matching marker and filled in the open space in between the stamped images (because left the other way made the word look out of focus and fuzzy, it was giving me a headache).  Once I filled it in it looked great and thick, SO pretty!

You should see this card in person… it really is SO cute, and I love this design so much and how easy it was that I am going to create these (with different sentiments) for my THANK YOU CARDS that all my customers will get this month for placing a order with me.

DID YOU KNOW THAT WHEN YOU SELECT ME AS YOUR DEMONSTRATOR WHEN PURCHASING PRODUCT YOU GET A HANDMADE THANK YOU CARD?  It’s SO true!!  So not only do you earn REWARD POINTS for every $35 you spend in my STAMPIN’ UP! ONLINE STORE which earns you FREE STUFF, BUT with each order you submit (no matter the amount) I send you a handmade card to let you know how much I appreciate your business!
