Black Magic Day~

HAPPY TUESDAY!!
Today I created a project…YEP- I actually got to stamp!! I wish I could have taken a pic to show you how it took place… try and envision, me- on one leg (like a flamingo) with my injured right leg straight out prop up on a bar stool.  It worked great for about 30 min… till my left butt cheek and leg started to fatigue… so then I look down and my foot is bigger than it has been the entire time. So much for stamping…
So since I worked so hard, I am dying to show you what I made-
I used the technique for this weeks Hand Stamped Sentiments Tech. Challenge #114- Black magic!!  I had never tried this before and had to watch a tutorial or two to understand it, but seriously it is so pretty and really gives an impact!! I love the POP of color in the black card stock!!
I stamped the Hello Doily background stamp onto black card stock with Craft White Ink, then I took my water color pencils and colored in the image where the white ink is.  This is a perfect way for you to add color to a dark color background- SUPER COOL!!
DON’T FORGET about the MYSTERY HOSTESS OFFER going on JUST UNTIL WED!!!! To get more details CLICK HERE, and check out the RETIRED LIST while you are at it!!
