Vintage Style, Baby!

Today it's ALL about OLD!! Not like cripple old, but well aged VINTAGE STYLE!  Now if you have been following my blog for a while then you probably already know or are thinking what I am about to write- yeah, I pretty much SUCK at all things vintage! But as I often say, I am trying to push myself outside my normal comfort zone, so here is what I created:
Vintage Petite Purse Die Stampin' Up!
So when I started to think about what I was going to make for this theme I wanted to do something OTHER than a card.  I don't have a VINTAGE mind set and a card or a layout just seemed WAY TOO overwhelming.  So I started looking and leaning towards a 3-D item, then it hit me a VINTAGE PURSE- perfect!!

This took me no time to create really, and would be adorable bachelorette (sp?) party favors or even a wedding favor all antiqued and lacy looking.  I of course showered it with bling, because how else would you know it was mine? (never mind the watermark...)

I used a few challenges today to really get me going The Vintage theme came from Hand Stamped Sentiments, then it was on to Just Add Ink where it was all about BLUE & BLING, then we had a photo inspiration for the Stampin' Royalty Challenge which went great with the vintage and blue/bling.

So here is what I used to create today's project:
Stamps: Mixed Medley
So, Did I do OK? If you liked it PLEASE share it with a friend!
