Create A CUPCAKE Passion!

I am in a BIRTHDAY mood!!!  I am SO excited to share today's card with you, I can't even jabber about it until you see it! LOOK- LOOK~ It has Rekindled a love that I forgot I had for this CREATE A CUPCAKE stamp set.

 So I remember when I first got this stamp set, I was SO in love with it.  I used it over and over and create a TON of class samples but then it moved to the bottom of the stamp pile and sadly was forgotten until... this weekend I had a class and one of my sweet stampers brought a SHOW-N-TELL project to share and she used this set and made these ADORABLE cupcakes with foil for the cupcake cups- I LOVED IT!!! So I wanted to try it for myself- Arleene, you are so creative!! 

So I pulled out this set that I had such a love affair with many months ago, and as I began to stamp with it I fell in LOVE with it all over again!!!  I love the coordinating punch, it just helps you make the perfect birthday card!!!  I threw this LOVE for my CREATE A CUPCAKE set into this weeks challenge for Hand Stamped Sentiments and took a sketch from Mojo Monday- love how simple they are.

I LOVE the icing on these cupcakes- I used my HOMEMADE TINTED Dazzling Details for the tops.  I love the little embellishments I added to the card.  As soon as I finished a step I looked at it and thought what else could I add.... I am HORRIBLE at editing. LOL!  I attached the foil (yep, regular kitchen foil) to some card stock because I wanted it to be a little more sturdy than just foil. Then punched it out and embossed it to give it some dimension.  I love the twine and thin ribbon- I could just eat these cakes up!!
