Happy Thursday EVERYONE!!
I want to share with you this FUN scrap page I made for the Stamp 411, Sweet Sunday Sketch and the CR84FN challenge this week. I LOVE the shadow technique I used on this page. It SOOOOO easy and has such an impact. We will be creating a card with this shadow technique at my Simple Stamping Class on Sat. the 25th from 1-3 PM. If you want to learn how to do it, RSVP and come- I would LOVE to show you!! So here are the details for these challenges: I had a sketch to work from for Stamp 411 and there is a color theme for CR84FN. I had to use Grey, Green and Purple. I used Basic Grey, Lucky Limeade, and Perfect Plum. I left the center open since I have to locate the perfect pictures for this page.
P.S.- I am really loving playing with this set MIXED BUNCH, which we are using and YOU will get for attending the SPRING FLING in March (click HERE for details)
Stamping 411 CR84FN
I LOVE how the flowers look on the left side, seriously my absolute FAV technique. I added some buttons as well, SUPER CUTE!!! On the right side I used the flowers from MIXED BUNCH to embellish the side. I layered them on top of a strip of Lucky Limeade punched out with my Lace Border punch- THEN I weaved some plumb grosgrain through the holes (that is easier to see from the pic above). Some buttons and brads finish off those flowers.
On the left is the label that I will be journaling on once I have my pics. Check out a close up of the flowers, I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the line image from the MIXED BUNCH set and added some Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder to give it some sparkle!! Then I punched them out with my Blossom punch out of the Occasions Mini- seriously LOVE this set and punch!!!
