Good Morning Stampers!!!! I hope everyone is having a great week so far, I have been working hard on a whole slew of things and I want to share with you my project that I did for this week's HSS Challenge, it's all about the ruffles and pleats!! If only I could figure out how to create some paper ruffled panties... wouldnt those be SO cute?!
This week I gravitated towards My Digital Studio. I LOVE playing with this creative software, not to mention you can;t see a single solid surface in my craft room... I refuse to clean it- I am so over cleaning right now. So I thought I would recreate the technique of pleating with MDS. I learned this technique at Convention this last year and I LOVE it. I played with MDS for hours the other day trying to see if I could create ruffles. I came across something that I thought would work some... BUT I haven't perfected it yet. So I will have to save it for a later date. Here is my Digi card for this week-
I love this designer template that I have in MDS, I sassed it up with some pleats here and there and added several buttons and brads and BAM- a personalized card that I could use for ANY occasion!!! I just need to print these out and I have a card ready to go. In fact I could make this a hybrid card by adding REAL buttons and brads to the printed card. SO FUN!

ReplyDeleteI learned this at convention too but totally forgot how to do it, lol! I was just using MDS the other day and was thinking I needed to dig my notes out! So cute! I love that little template too!
